Some of us are faster learners than others! I have been associated with hundreds of 'lawyers' and they are not any smarter than MOST of us.
Training is not a requirement to exercise our rights! What your are saying is you need a journalism degree to speak out.

We've discussed before that everyone learns at a different speed & different people require different levels of "training" to obtain sufficient skills to do a certian task---But you seldom see anyone just pick up a fairly complicated tool for the 1st time & be able to use it in a safe manner-
