Her's came with the standard 6 round mag & the 7 round extended mag. The 7 rounder gave me a better grip, but I could shoot it fine even with the short mag.

Of course, my wife said it did have more recoil than she expected & will have to shoot it some more to see if she can get use to it, but I may inherit it! If not, I'll probably end up buying my own.
Thats a no go around here...no place allows it. So we will just buy guns, until she finds one she likes. The ones she doesnt, i guess i inherit them like i did this PF-9.

Well ran a magazine of 147 grain Winchester White Box hollow points thru it and that little gun turned into a flame thrower with muzzle flash and POP like I never seen before. Don't believe I will run anything bigger than 124 grain thru it anymore. LOL

LMAO!! I run 115 thru mine and thats quite enough....couldnt imagine chuckin' lead THAT size with it.

PF-9 w/ 115 GR WWB...

Hell, i only shoot 125 gr. with the 686 4" barrel. Used to shoot 158's but its a tack driver with the 125 sitting on 12.5 gr 4227

Yes I'd really like to know what the best defense ammo is for these guns without having to burn several boxes of each to find out lol. I have Hornady Critical Defense in my .38 Taurus snub nose and they look like they would cycle/feed very well in an auto. I know some of the wider hollow points tend to jam.
