Default I'm buying a glock 30

I've been looking to get a new carry weapon. I've been shooting a few different models and cals. I shot the lc9, the pm9 and 40, the sr9c and 40c, and the glock 30. I never really considered carrying a sub compact 45 but the glock 30 was my favorite of them all. It packs a punch but it shoots very nice and is accurate. Anyone of you have experience with the glock 30?

I'm assuming its just as reliable as the other glocks? Any issues with it?

I have one. It is light and reliable. The recoil is very manageable. My complaint is the fat grip that does not fit my hand well so I switched to a G19.

It is your personal choice. If you like the feel and can shoot it well great, get the Glock. Glock makes great reliable firearms. But Glocks are not for everyone. Just don't become a Glock Frat boy. I shot them and and did really well with them but didn't like the feel.

No problems whatsoever...well, unless I run out of ammo! Go ahead and "pull the trigger" on that deal...sorry about the pun...

I know a few guys that shoot some pistol competition with their carry G30 and it runs and runs and runs. Like vincent said, the only trouble they have is they run out of ammo! I will eventually add a G30 to my collection; it'll fit in nicely with my G21 and the rest of my .45 autos.

Yeah, the 21 goes with the 30 like peas and carrots!! Mine are affectionately known as Mickey and Mallory... Yeah, I'm a dork for naming my guns...

I carried one for a few years. Great gun! Reliable (duh) and surprisingly accurate for such a small gun.
