My XD45 on my side of the bed, Bersa .380 on my wife's side, 870 loaded with buckshot also in the bedroom, a few others such as my XD9 and Glock 27 stashed around the house in appropriate places.

Ive only got 3,and the safes have no room (too full of ammo).I have two 1911s on at any given time,and keep my Benelli MR1 with me constantly in the house.
