Yup. Right tasty meat too. Most wild pigs out here don't have enough belly fat to make bacon though, but outside of that.......

One need only look at places like Cook County, IL where no hunting takes place to see exactly what would happen. Every winter hundreds if not thousands of deer die of starvation. Car accidents go up as deer have to travel more to find food. In many areas deer have become a pest species as they invade suburban yards and strip trees and gardens in search of sustenance.

Of course, that was before we eradicated the predators from most areas of the US. The only thing that may be benefitting from deer overpopulation in Cook County would be the feral dog packs, which are hardly something one would want to encourage.

If you go to a lot of states, there are no natural predators. There are none for the deer other then man in Pennsylvania. In Florida there are not enough panthers to control the deer or hog herds. You will find that is true in most states.

After watching the vid, not sure about it now...Iknow that they are doing what needs to be done, and i'm thankfull people are doing it, but dont think i could do that...Those piggys didnt have a chance, the whole family scared and running for their life. I would have no problem killing to defend, or feed my family. Just dont want to kill for sport..what can i say, im a girl......
