Default How to carry running / jogging / general exercise.

I carry a Glock 33 for defense. Where and with what products do you guys / gals carry similar pistols? I think concealed is best but would be ok with open carry. Concerns are- it beating me to death while running, dropping pistol, sweat (I sweat like crazy), and ease of access. I'm slim build 5'9/160.

For me... if I can get my happy self running, it's my pancake holster with a thumbreak

5.11 makes a nice carry T-shirt. It's ambidextrous and holds securely in a vertical shoulder holster position under each arm.

I've carried a commander and mag quite comfortably all day on several occasions, but never jogging. I do believe it would hold well, even at a dead run (i.e., made for deep cover LE).

I used to run seven miles three times a week until my knees got to hurting. I carried a Colt Officer model in a Miami Classic Shoulder rig. Worked good. Lightweight cotton jacket over it kept it from bouncing.

Check out Remoras. I have a 6ART/RFT with sweat shield for my P250 Compact. Doesn't go anywhere, surprisingly.

I've used remoras, a couple different paddles, and some home made stuff. Everything I've tried still bounces all over. I unfortunately haven't found anything that works, but have been thinking the belly band may be worth a shot. I'm similar build at 180 and 6'2. Hopefully somebody here has some good ideas as this is a huge problem for me as well. Even on a daily basis, like when trying to run around with the kid at the park.

That holster stays in place while jogging? You have to keep in mind that you're going jogging in sweats not in jeans.
