Default Got my CCP Yesterday

Finally came in the mail. Seeing as I live in FL i guess its not that big of a deal they give ccp's to damn near anyone haha. It was a bit different walking around in public for the first time armed but the jitters were gone in a second.

Congrats. Let's hope it grows old in your holster.

Hey, I have a spare tire in my car. Doesn't mean I want to have a flat. CC is the same thing, just higher stakes.

Congratulations! I picked my CCW permit up yesterday. It's a grave responsibility, but awfully reassuring.

Thanks everyone. Indeed the responsibility is great. How ever I probably wouldn't have even gotten it if the world wasn't going so frackin crazy. But unfortunately it is and with a collapsing economy will only beget robberies and violence. so i just didnt wanna get caught with my pants down so to speak

Nice what do you plan on getting for your CCW? Im in the process of shrinking down a dan wesson .357 to make it manageable snub barrel , lower profile grips ect...

But I know its only a .22LR but im really diggin my taurus pt-22 now that i got the right ammo its really performing.

still thinking about that. i'm getting a fullsize P226 in the next few weeks, just need to order it. (12% off dealer cost too!!!!) i'm 6-5, 220, so i dont want a tiny gun that i cant get my finger through the trigger guard and my pinky/ring finger hang below the mag. with winter coming up, i'll be able to conceal a fullsize pistol easier than i would in the summer. i've been eyeballing a ruger lcp in .380 though. pretty cheap and very small.
