Default A good back up

I arm a armed security officer I carry a Ruger P95 as my primary and was wondering if any of you had a good idea for a small back up. I am stuck between a small 9mm like a kahr or similar or if I should go with a snubby 38 or 357. just looking for advice.

I personally would go with a small 357 for the simple reason of reliability. If I'm going for a back up I want a bang no matter what. If for some reason you don't get it, you can just keep squeezing. If you're going for your back up, it's already up close and personal, there won't be time for tap, rack, bang. Plus a 357 will have plenty of power to handle the job. My $.02

Spitinfire is spot on.

A good snub revolver is what you want. 38+p or .357

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Cane, how long has it taken you to collect all those little tools? Can I be written into your will or at least know the date of the estate auction?
