Default Glock 26 bs. Diamondback db9

Friend brought the db9 to my attention recently. I have been to the website and didn't get warm fuzzy feelings about it with all of the disclaimers posted. Does anyone have any hands on experience with the db9?

No problems with ammo? One of the disclaimers warn of higher grained ammo. They just through their disclaimers out in a way that I found concerning. Thanks for the input.
