Renegade, I read a statistic that has just changed in the last ten years. It is now MORE dangerous to answer a knock at your door at 3 p.m. Than at 3 a.m.! Home invasions are happening more in the daytime. You may want to discuss this with your girlfriend if she doesn't carry during the day.

That dumbass web site's advertising claims that the administrators of it have received "personal threats". Yeah, I'll bet. Why would anybody take that idiocy seriously enough to even consider threatening any of them. (Unless they threatened to sue them, maybe).

I don't get it. What's the point? That guy used a lot of words, and lots of words in certain ways, that I do not understand. Funny, I don't cringe when I go by certain houses because they MIGHT have a gun and be irresponsible. BTW, there are a lot of other things in a house you can use irresponsibly, which have a better chance of harming you. Fireworks, drugs, alcohol, gasoline, cars, 2x4's, some people's cooking. Why don't we make a site for all of those, too?

This is the unsettling part of it all. It is a roadmap to gun owners for criminals in an area. The break-ins of the homes on the NYJN site could have been just a coincidence. How many of these coincidences will this app engender?

Someone had a great Idea IMO, download the app and tag all the homes around including your own, if we all do it it will be useless to anyone!

I thought at first that the Bozo who put that site together just didn't understand the situation. But the more I've seen and heard of it, the more I think it was intended to create a "registry" of firearms owners, as sooner or later, everybody would be on the list. It would be abused by anyone who was P O'd at a neighbor, as well as antigunners who would put every gun owner he/she/it knows. So maybe the best thing to do is get out a phone book, and put every name and address in the book on the list. And get on the web, and search for any and all antigunners who post their opinions there, and submit those names and addresses.

Report all news media outlets. All TV and newspapers liberal churches and labor unions in your area. All Democratic Party locations. The whole thing will end very quickly.

Also, police officers, sheriff's deputies, politicians, school teachers, preachers, librarians, the boss or coworker you don't like, Bloomberg, Cuomo, Obama, Clinton's, Monica, and Jim Carrey.
Don't report Joe Biden, though, he's one of our best friends. Every woman in the U.S. has bought a shotgun by now.

I would much prefer to drive by a gun owner's hose than a crack house. just sayin'. I don' think there are any apps out there marking crack houses though.
