Actually, it's mainly to keep kids safe.

If you read their guidelines section, it says that you shouldn't need to worry about hunters and gun enthusiast, who safely and legally enjoy firearms. It says these are the safest people with them.
Before someone calls me some libtard communist or some other stupid insult I've seen slung around the forums, I am neither siding with or against them. I'm merely presenting information as I see it.

I saw that, but I still feel that what they are doing it is grossly irresponsible
since there is no way to verify the claims that a given marked house is an unsafe gun owner. There is no means of verification.

There is much opportunity for abuse of that site. Anybody who doesn't like his neighbor can "tag" him via this site. There is no requirement to justify the act of putting someone on the s**t list.

If you want a good laugh, you should go to the Google app store (Google Play) and read some of the reviews.

Bottom line... this app has been wrecked through its own design. It's now chock full of useless information.

Thanks for that. Some of the comments were hilarious.

Just read the reviews. That is pretty funny. Apparently, there are hundreds of marks at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in Washington D.C. The ratings are:

45. 5-star
2. 4-star
2. 3-star
7. 2-star
2197. 1-star

Most say that the developer should be hung.

Anyone with an android, tag the developer's house. I would do it but I have an iPhone.
