I tried to draw mine once, but I gave up half way through the grip checkering...too time consuming.

I tried to draw mine... it looked more like a can of Shinola.

I was robbed at gun point one night when I was a manager for a liquor store. Luckily the ahole took the money and left. Even if there had been a gun under the counter I would never have had a chance to pull it. If I could have blown that dick's face off I would have. I was so pissed. And it wasn't even my money.

never and hope I will never need to, I tend to avoid locations where the chance of having to do so increases dramatically.

That is why you use a straight edge and a protractor to mark points. It's easy with practice.

yes, but it wasnt human. i was going outside to the car to get something and i heard a sound behind me and just that quick my glock 30 was out and on target with my surefire in hand. ended up just being a stray dog that was just walking around the farm. only time i ever had to draw for protective purposes

Does snatching a shotgun from an angry drunk count? It was a long time ago & drunk people have been known to use poor judgement. Nobody got more than a busted lip (which was well antisepticized i'm sure).

I have drawn my weapon, yes.

A fortunate (because he didnt get shot) young man thought that he could get the better of me at a gas station. I had just sat down inside my vehicle and had yet to close the door. I was reaching around getting something out of the backseat when this person quickly got between the door and the car. I turned a second too late to slam the door on him. He had a knife, and yelling, waved it in my face.

"Gimmie your wallet mother f*****, I'll f****** kill you", he shouted.

"Sure I'll give you my wallet, just go easy and let me get it out of my coat pocket", I said. As always, I was wearing my sport coat, something I do every time I am carrying.

"And the keys mother f*****, and the f****** keys", he replied.

"You're the boss, just let me grab them"

Next thing this poor man knew, he was looking down a long tunnel, at which the other end contained a hollow pointed demon, known as both death, and the mighty PT 24/7. I wasn't fool enough to pull the trigger. One, the mere sight of the gun was enough and two, I was at a gas station.

I've designed two of my houses in the past. Drawing "checkering" would be more frustrating to me than drawing the floor joists for the White House floor plan
