Default Dusters

So I have owned a pair a knucks for some time now I want to know is it legal to own and carry I see.some that say you can concealed but only to be used itself defence, which is why I own them but there is a fine line between assault with them what's some of your opinion on this and do you know if they are legal?

This is talking about brass knuckles for those that don,t.know what knuckle dusters are

Check your local laws. Some states that Ive lived in didn't make them illegal to own, but did to carry concealed even if you had a CCW.

I am sure that there are many fine knowledgeable folks on this forum. But remember, internet advise should never be confused with legal advise.

Last time I checked, knucks were classified as a "Prohibited Weapon" in Texas, like a switchblade or a sword cane. Owning is OK; carrying is a felony. No permit available, they're illegal even if you're a CHL holder.

Carrying an unlicensed firearm is a misdemeanor. Go figure -- and carry a gun.

Here in Florida we are issued CWFL permits. In essence, it clearly states 'Concealed Weapon or Firearm License,' which I take we are license to carry weapons and firearms.
This is another I carry in vehicle: blackjack and a spike club.
