The Beretta PX4 Storm, has all of what you're for. I've never owned a beretta, but a friend of mine does. I think they're wonderful guns, then again its all based on preference. I hope my little insight has helped you. Good luck!

I am familiar with the ruger, kel tec DOA pistols. I don't like the long trigger pull.

I will check out that beretta tonight. My opinion about them is that they make a fine gun.

A CZ Rami may fit the bill. And I agree that Berettas are excellant pistols.

Xdm sub. 13+1 can still use standard 19 round mags

My everyday carry is a xdm compact 45acp. 9+1 shortmag or 13+1 fullsizemag.

My wife has a full sixe xdm 9mm.

Five out of six of those make me think "midget hooker".

Have you seen the Kahr CW9? It fits most of your list. I don't own one, but would like to.

I don't know about #5 or #6. Street price is likely lower than MSRP. You could look at these:

The Beretta PX4 would be perfect. I actually own it and it was my first gun. It's been extremely reliable. I have put 1500 rounds through it and had no issues.
