Different Brands of Belly Bands
I'm finding lots of different brands online. "The Original Bellyband" seems to look like the best, but it might just seem that way because it costs the most. Has anyone used different brands or have one they particularly like, specifically for a full-size pistol.

BBs
I Find BBs are much more usable with compact (HK P2000 etc.) and sub-compact (Kahr CW9 - Walther PPS) than with full-size pistols---Full-size steel guns seem to work better in IWB holsters---of course, all depends on your body shape!

I use the "Original Belly Band" (quality: OK) with a KelTec P3AT, I find anything much bulkier (i.e. j-frame and up) a bit more difficult to conceal. With the larger guns, I like tuckables like the Crossbreed. But like any holster/system, it's largely a matter of your size/shape, the guns size and your choice of clothing.
I only use the bellyband for very deep concealment with more fitted clothes. |

Just ran across a writeup about an item called Pistolwear, it's a cross between a belly band and a fanny pack--it can be worn beneath clothing and will handle up to a Glock 19.
I've never seen one but it might come closer to what you are looking for http://pistolwear.com |
thanks for the info
