Here's another vote for the Kahr CW9. I've carried a few different guns, and the Kahr is my favorite. You hardly know it's there. Not like my SR9 hanging off my belt!

Slip a kel tec 9mm with clip kit installed between your belt and pants, it will lay so flat you can wear just a T shirt outside your pants and it will be concealed.

I picked it up in January. Carried S&W BG 380 before that. Still have the BG. It works better when wearing suit pants, jeans, or anything with tighter pockets.
