No matter how you dress, no matter how you carry, if you EVER have to use your gun, make sure you can HIT your target !
HOW do you do that ?
practice, Practice, PRACTICE !

What town in Ohio do you live in ?
I'd like to come there and walk around your town with my 45 on my hip. I'd sue their arxes for enough that I could live a very comfortable retirement, at their expense. I DO have a good lawyer and Ohio has pre-emption so I would win.

I live in In the most southern county (Lawrence) and I was actually at the sheriff's office yesterday with my wife for her CCW and the deputy said all 3 of the local towns had ordinances against open carry, but out "in the county" you can open carry anywhere pretty much.

I want to BLEND! I Carry CONCEALED, so that no one knows I'm carrying. In a SHTF illegal situation that someone is planning, I don't want to become a TARGET, because it's evident that I am carrying. I want the element of SURPRISE, not BE SURPRISED!

For example, if someone's casing a place to Rob it, and they know you're carrying, because you're Printing & Shining... etc... then YOU become a Primary Target to alleviate their threat, and/or, they may want your weapon to Rob the place. If they don't know you're Carrying and it concerns them, it may just be enough that they walk away and go elsewhere.

If you're going to Carry Concealed..... Carry Concealed. If you're going for the Print & Shiney look, you may as well Open Carry, since it's obvious anyway.

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

BB

The Earps and their friends had concealed weapons at the OK corral. The Clantons and their pals had open carry. How did that work out?
