ccw wait time in missouri
 
will it been 3weeks and still know call i passed a NCIC check to purchase a firearm past with flying colors , why is it taking so long for my ccw permit to clear? im in missori.

3 weeks is Nothing. Most places are typical 6-8 weeks. Lately times have been extended. Many have waited 6 months to a year for issuing and renewals.

I got denied in Missouri, tried in Florida and got it even though from what I understand the requirements are similar. I think it was probably just the sheriff who might have remembered my name from my teenage years.

I had to wait 7 months here in North Carolina...due to the high volume in the Charlotte area.

Took me two weeks to get my initial permit here in Clay Co.

Not far at all. I'm an Illinois transplant by way of Maryland. Been in KC for about 8 years. Lexington is interesting. Nice touch with the cannonball lodged in the courthouse.

did you see the battle site? There's a lot of awesome old houses in that town too. Also a civil war museum in lone Jack and a Confederate Cemetery in higginsville
