Box mentioned something about premature wear which is think is interesting, in that how many +P or +P+ are you going to shoot in your EDC SD ? I doubt you'll be shooting IPSC quantities.
I really don't care about wear if I have to shoot at a thug. How often will that happen ?
Practice regularly with target ammo so YOU are sharp. Maybe shoot a few of the SD ammo to get a feel for the recoil and verify it will feed.
Refill your mag, holster, and feel comfortable that you are the master of your weapon.
BTW, I carry Win Ranger +P+ when I carry a 9. Otherwise it's LEO HP in my 1911.
