CC in Illinois? One Step Closer!!

Quote:

Concealed carry bill passes House committee

Quote:

House Bill 148, sponsored by state Rep. Brandon Phelps, D-Norris City, would authorize Illinois residents 21 and older to apply for permits to carry concealed firearms in public. Similar proposals were introduced in the Senate. The proposal would need approval from lawmakers in both chambers.
The best part? The sponsor of the bill is a democrat!

Oh - could be very happy days for us Illinoisians indeed!! :D
