CC Dress Belt
I'm looking for a CC dress belt. I carry a Glock 19 in a Serpa holster with the double mag carrier also by Blackhawk!. It needs to be black leather, silver buckle that is a thin profile and low key looks wise, 1 1/4 inches wide, and 40 inches in total length.

So far the only one that I've found that kind of met my criteria was a Galco. Does anyone have any EXP to share or suggestions?

Try They are high quality, and high priced. I have two of their belts and it will be many years before I need more.

JayPee trouser belt that can be picked up at leo/firemen supply for under 30 dollars from a local leo firemen store. They have an 1 1/4" trouser belt but may have to be ordered Also check staton house

Try Daltech Force. Reasonably-priced belts of high quality. Their BioBelt gets very good reviews. It's supposed to be pretty thin and rigid.

I have a Galco MB1 belt coming to me in the mail, but they have discontinued this line years ago. It's very similar to the BioBelt. I'll report on how it wears.

Amish belts,, high quality, good price. Plenty stiff. I don't have one yet but gotta buddy who does, really nice. Hell I got a dickies heavy duty belt from wallymart for less than 20, I've had it over 2 years. When this one wears I'll get a couple of the Amish belts.

Oh there is a major difference between a dickies belts and amish belts and most any double layer holster belt

I have 1 1/4 stiffened bullhide in black and brown. They are very high quality. I carry a steel frame SA EMP 40 comfortably all day.

You are going to have a hard time finding a belt that is just a single piece of leather. Every belt I have seen recently was made of split leather. Before I would pay $60 for a belt in a gun shop or western store I would go to a saddle shop to have a belt made to fit me. You will get a better belt at a saddle shop.

Thanks for all the info so far guys. Right now my front runners are the Galco SB1 and the Safariland L820. Anyone know about these?

I really like the Beltmans too, I just can't wait that long to get it.
