I've been tempted to keep my gun on me when I go into the bank, but so far I just put it in my glove box. I would have to assume that even if something happened, like a robbery, if I would "save the day" and stop the perp, I'd still do some time for having the gun on me in the first place. The worst part about is the part where if you are convicted of a "crime" punishable by a year or more in prison, you lose your right to even own a gun, much less carry it. And almost every minor "crime" carries a 1-year sentence (probably for that purpose).

As stated above. Anywhere there isn't metal detectors.

Our movie theatres are posted incorrectly, therefore they have no legal gravity.

Wife and I get free previews all the time. Some of them were approximately 4-6 months before theatre release. So they will inspect purses and use the detection wand on folks.

I'm thinking that damn wand is either junk, or they don't have it turned on. It didn't detect my usp9c tucked iwb. Or the phone behind it.

My wife and i went in one of those indoor flea markets set up in an old closed kmart, as we approached the door we noticed a hand written sign on the door. It was written with colored pensils and had a drawing of a handgun on it and said no firearms allowed. It looked like my 6 year old neice was hired to make the sign, it wasnt a legal sign so i walked right in with my 1911A1 on my side and didnt think twice.

Y'all go on with yourselves then!!

I don't know for sure, but in my state I think that any no firearms sign that is a certain size, with particular size lettering, and prominently displayed, carries the weight of law.

I need to double check though. I need to make a trip to the library anyway.

The way i understand our carry law as of 7-1 here in IN. (i aint no lawyer) You can carry ANYWHERE in the state except a building with a court room in it.

Indiand has a pretty good handgun policy. Ind. honors all carry permits/licenses issued by all 50 states.

Many varying opinions, if I were you I would just check your state laws online rather than take the advice of the armchair quarterbacks in the room!
