When under the influence or in a place where I can't carry I have at minimum this.

Never have put booze & guns together. Never saw the combo at any range or competition. However, out deer hunting, we ran into a couple of sloshed hunters. Quickley went to another part of the woods. You do not drink or wear white in the woods!

Because drunken hunters shoot at anything white that moves hoping its a whitetail. Much like you don't wear black during turkey season.

One thing I always found funny about all the people wearing the high cost camo's when hunting is deer are color blind.

Then all this money spent buying the best camo to blend in and put on a Blaze Orange hat and vest.

Sorry, forgot about snow! Hunting in TN usually does not involve snow, and an open jacket and white T looks just the the rear end of a whitetail. Number of years ago they found a hunter in the Fort Campbell woods with a red hole in his white T.

If a person has to use their weapon in a self defense situation, and has any alcohol in their system, a prosecuting attorney will use that information to barbecue you, no matter how justified you may have been in defending yourself. Food for thought.

A freind was deer hunting with his brother when a couple drunk hunters began lobbing slugs at them. His brother, who is pretty much crazy, shot his three slugs back at the drunks Eeek! He was reloading when the drunks came over to apologize. I might have done the same thing.

Some of y'all are ridiculous. I know for a fact I can drink 3 or 4 beers over a decent period of time because I have a breathalyzer. My states says you must be under .08 to carry, and I am always well under that. Whats wrong with havin a few beers with your friends or family while carrying?

Ohio states a licence holder is not to drink while carrying. I may have a couple when I'm home, but I don't leave afterwards. "Ridiculous" is what the judge or jury might say after you shoot someone with alcohol in your system, regardless of whether your over the legal limit. Everything they can find against you will be used.
