Default carry in theatre?

I'm going to see skyfall tonight. Is it legal or advisable to carry in a movie theatre? After aurora I'm almost scared not to.

If you are legally allowed to conceal carry where you live and there is no sign posted "No Firearms" I would certainly say go ahead and carry.

If you are legal to carry and no sign is posted, you should still be sure to turn off any laser or light attachments.

Check your state laws.

I would be sure that it stays concealed. I would carry and do carry in a theater.
If you are comfortable carrying, go for it.

Remember to find an inconspicuous way to ensure that it is concealed and still with you at all times.

I don't usually worry if someone sees me carry, because it's usually a trip to the feed store, neighborhood Safeway and other places out here where God, Guns and Guts are still a virture.
However, the theatre is not far from the liberal housing developments that taint this great area. Those libs could go bonker's if they saw a gun.

In some states even a handwritten sign in crayon Carries the weight of law. In some states NO gfz sign Carries any weight at all.

Me? They can all kiss my ass. Those signs are meant for the wackos that want to go on a mass killing spree, they don't apply to me, the vet who's fought for freedom and now simply wants to enjoy a nice evening out and about for dinner and a movie.

I've said before, I'll say again, my actions are not always legal. I never recommend or condone anyone breaking the law. But I admit I do it all the time.

So if there's a sign posted and if I get caught what would happen? Jail time or just a fine?
