Default carring my wifes gun?

I finaly got her to get her pistol permit. It also doubles in CT as a conceal carry permit. She ended up getting a sig p938 and i kinda fell in love with it. I was woundering if i could carry it on run to the store or when im out running. I have my permit to, just to clarify.

We have the same thing here. I can carry any pistol. As long as it is legally obtained.

Ha. Good point. No, there is no limit (that I know of.)
They don't allow a person to apply for a pistol permit without providing the make, model, caliber, and serial number of a legally obtained pistol. I don't know why. Maybe for the NICS check?

I dident have to say what type serial# or any thing about a gun when i applied for my permit. Just an extensive background check and 4 months of waiting.
