I was issued a watch in the Army that had tritium hands and 12 o'clock marker. The only downside was that it needed to be wound once every day. I guess it was to make it EMP proof, but who knows.
I believe that the price listed in the supply software was about $80. It may be tough to find one, but it'd be well worth the money if you could.
