Have considered the pocket holster. But yet I'm 5'11" 180 with a 30" waist and it's hard to hide a pistol in a pair of Carhart work pants. But then again, my wife might like the optical illusion..

I carry IWB at ~12:30 and can conceal it under one of my size-small t-shirts if I crank my belt down tight. And that is just with $10 uncle mikes holster, and a taurus PT92 (40oz+ loaded, 5" barrel, 17+1 capacity). I am 6' and weigh 145 lbs.
With an even smaller pistol, like your Mil-Pro, you shouldn't have any problem keeping it hidden carrying like this.
I will, however, probably soon get a small pocket pistol for carrying at work (work at a bank and wear dress attire), inside the pocket of course.

holy hell. gain some weight! i'm 6' and about 195lbs...still wear a 32 inch waist jeans.
i've never had a problem concealing, except for the fact that i have to make sure i get all tall size shirts since i have short legs.

I don't wear a concealed carry vest. But I wear a fleece vest. It is an extra long. It only works with casual clothing. I can cover a full sized 1911 in a paddle holster with it. But most of those vests you see with the pockets in the front of them are a joke.

I like the Uncle Mikes @ 12:30/1:00. I recently changed to a Blackhawk Size 6 because it fit my XD9 perfectly, but find that my draw is encumbered by how tighty it holds the grip against my abdomen. Practice as I might, it doesn't work as well as the hacked-up Uncle Mike's IWB holster it replaced.

Might consider a Kholster. Very reasonable and you can cut to fit or leave it like it is. Have had one for about 6 mo. and it is very comfortable.
