Ankle holster carry question

In your opinion what is the best CCW for ankle holster carry? Size, weight, and capacity wise.

Ankle carry is for the movies. IMO

When I carred on the ankel it was a North american arms 380. It takes getting used too. I used it while driving mostly.
Awesome gun. Held 6+1. Great pocket gun too.

Carried an airweight S&W Mdl 37 in ankle holster in extreme circumstances when I could not carry traditionally. It takes a LOT of getting used to it.

My wife's experience with a garter belt holster tells me I don't need to get near an ankle holster. The problem with any device that wraps around your leg is the leg is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom. Unless you strap the holster on so tight it's uncomfortable it's going to slide down.

I rarely do it as I'm not sure how effective it would be but it's still better than not carrying anything..... I have a Kahr PM9, 6+1 and about 16 ounces unloaded ...... not sure anything larger than that would be comfortable or concealable.
