Haha you have some points there. I constantly find myself defending my choice to own that gun while at the range. I usually let them shoot a full cylinder in double action, I have changed some minds I am sure. This gun feels like an extension of my right arm, my fathers 686 is a fantastic gun as well but for some reason this gun feels better than any other to me.

The older taurus were on par with rugers in the 80's but they did a lot of backsliding lately. Nowadays its hit or miss. I had a older taurus PT99AF berreta 92 clone. They were made in the old berreta plant in brazil. Much much better guns than anything berreta has ever produced outside brazil. Its one of the guns i have regretted trading off.

Lol... I don't know why there is so much animosity against Taurus. But you're right because I do hear it a lot. My local gun range sells Taurus but I've never had them say anything positive about the brand.

The 3 I own.
1) Colt 1911 Wiley Clapp Light Weight Commander. Because it is a Colt. (100+ year old design)
2) Glock G26 Gen4. Because Tupperware doesn't go stale. (2 years old)
3) HK P7M13. Because it is a P7M13. (22 years old)

Here is my absolute favorite.

TC Contender with barrels in .22lr, 32 mag, .222, & 223, it is a quite versitile singel shot.

Not much good on zombies though, unless they come in single file, evenly spaced.
