That I understood, but wanted to confirm. The light rounds should have been traveling faster though, with less surface area, so it lead me to believe coming in almost a full inch short means they are dispersing all their energy earlier in the target.
Not a big deal if you carry them in Miami and the BG has on a Tommy Bahama button up.
It's another story entirely if the guy has on two shirts, a flannel and a Carhartt jacket due to weather.
