My Bersa Thunder .380 works very well with HP's so I use them.
I usually carry a Glock 19!! But when I want to get next to naked!! I'll throw my little bug in anything that has pockets and feel safe!! LCP is surprisingly accurate from 30 feet in!! 5 inch groups from around 25 feet is decent from a guy that can't shoot and a gun that's supposedly, not very accurate!!

I used to have a Beretta 21a for a bug or deep conceal. Great little gun, would rather have 32acp or a 357 cop, or a jframe snub 38 for a bug.

I think a .38 or a .380 would be better than a COP .357. The small barrel means the .357 magnum won't be performing to its best, and the recoil would be bad, compared to say a .380.

I love revolvers but I could never get used to carrying one! They all turned black and grew a slide in my safe-

At contact distance the recoil isnt really an issue, and the barrel length is still no different than a snubie, the velocity gain is still more than the snubbie 38, 380 and 38 snubbie are similar velocity. So i would rather have the benifits of the 357, with a heavier load (158).

I read online where a guy came home one night and found a bear in his house. He pulled his .380 LCP and shot it twice in the head and killed it. True story. I guess a .380 can protect you.

Nuh-uh, cuz accordin to peeps on the Internet, it takes a Dan wesson .44 mag or a .500 smith and wesson, for the bear to even feel it! Everyone knows bears are steel plated, under the skin!

Their skull is extra thick, unless you place the bullet perfectly it wont do much good. Assuming that that story is true, that home owner is very very lucky.
