I can't speak for everybody, of course, but how many of us

would wear body armor, even if we had it?

Aren't we the same guys who won't even be bothered to

shoot with safety glasses, when we can get away with it;

the same guys who made the minimally smaller 380 round

more popular than the 9mm, and the same guys who can't be

troubled to CC full-sized handguns? Pfffft.

Seems to me all this discussion about body armor is somewhat

akin to worrying about the color of mud on a wild boar...

Felons lose a lot of rights. And they should. In other countries they would be losing body parts or years of their life.

(And they should. Higher penalties= lower crime rates.

Maybe not for something like adultery. But cut a rapist/child molester's head off and I bet he doesn't do it again.)

There are armored clip boards, briefcases, kids backpacks and business suits that have armor in strategic areas. The armor is out there and people do buy it and use it. Armored cars are a bigger business than you might think.
