ask the pharmacist who shot the robber there in Ok, a year or so ago, how "pro self defense" juries and judges are! OKCity, I think it was?

Actually, if It's the one I'm familiar with.. That was murder! Everything was ok, with the shooting UNTIL the Pharmacist decided to come back to the downed bad guy (out of the fight) and delivered the Coup de' grace... No matter how satisfying that action of thought/delivery might be when delivered to a human after he's down is murder.

The trial evidence (security video) proved beyond a reasonable doubt that occurred.. Now Mr. Pharmacist is sitting in Oklahoma's Penitentiary.
