It's an alarming trend because the media in Detroit is bought and paid for by organized crime. They are afraid that if the appointed victims can successfully resist crime, the godfather's cut will diminish, and therefore their own take as well.

There are no armed robberies in Detroit. Don't they know it's against the law for criminals have guns? Why would these criminals break the law? That is absurd!
