As far as I'm concerned when a juvenile commits a horrible crime they could be tried as an adult. Soooo with that train of thought if they want to commit big boy crimes then they can get big boy booboos. If they wanted to not risk their lives then they could have ran around trying to finger bang everything in sight like a normal teenager!

Don't see that as alarming. That IS Detroit, after all. It is not like there is, or is likely to BE a shortage of muggers and thugs.

Anyone alarmed by these incidents should refer our constitution, in which we are all granted inalienable rights by our maker. Also reference the Ten Commandments. On second thought, why would anybody bother with either of those pieces of drivel.

Actually most see the constitution and ten commandments as something that doesn't apply to them. The question is if we ignore the constitution, then what rights do we have? Who decides, the president? The same goes for the ten commandments, if they were followed we would have a lot less problems.

From a libtard pespective this puts victims in a more dangerous position. As the criminals realize they could get shot, they will just shoot the victim first and take what they want from the body. Libtards gat things bassackwards all the time.

We must remember that our Anti gun state and federal representatives are only against us peons owning guns. This is the one from Dec 2012 that really high lights a true hypocrite;

"Long time Anti-Gun Advocate State Senator R.C. Soles, 74, shot one of two intruders at his home just outside Tabor City , N.C. about 5 p.m. Sunday, the prosecutor for the politician's home county said."

Here's the real question. Why isn't an increase in violent crime the alarming trend? Only when people fight back is it an issue? That is some messed up priorities.

Liberal answer:
Because of the centuries of oppression by the privileged white upper class, the underprivileged urban youth are the true victims here. Thus...being a victim of oppression, they are not responsible for their actions. Shooting them in the commission of their crimes...er...cries for help, is simply another form of oppression.
