Default Ohio's 10 years of concealed carry (op ed)

This is a rather favorable account of the struggle in Ohio for concealed carry. Now with 10 years of experience, the naysayers are proved wrong.

It's the same "Wild West/Dodge City/Shootouts in the streets" doom and gloom the anti's always predict... and they are always wrong!!

We've had carry/conceal here in Nawth Cackalackee since '96... and out of 228,072 permits issued, only 1203 have been revoked for various reasons.

That's a great write-up

Yeah, the Chicago administration said this same thing. My thought was "How can it get any worse?"

I was surprised to hear one in twenty ohioans have a concealed carry license. I've heard the total number, but never did the math to find out a ratio or percentage. I'm even more proud now to be one of the first in Ohio to get mine, as well as turn in page after page of signatures to get it passed.

Good link.
