Some recent articles state that gun crime is down 49% over 30 years. Which means we need more new laws, I guess.

Did they mention the opposite results taking place in jurisdictions that have not embraced laxer laws and expanded CCW?
This sort of data used to be easily discerned via the FBI UCR, at least until the Obama Administration got its hands on the reins. The UCR has been revamped. What were simple tablature spread sheets have become arcane hieroglyphics. >MW
