Default Conceal carry crime in KS

Study shows that Kansas permit holders commit few crimes. Not surprisingly, the oppinion of a criminal justice professor from Wichita State attempts to minimize the effect of conceal carry.
Good news for the good guys in this story.

Notice the line near the end of the article about a felony conviction getting a 5-10 year revocation. I thought a felony would be a lifetime revocation.
