Yep, I agree. I hate the term. Anything can be an "assault" weapon. Otherwise, it's a great clip. Too bad it's full of common sense and logic. Things that the anti-gun crowd would never let get in the way of their argument.

Since this is the term that is so prevalent and misunderstood, I believe that us why he used it. It doesn't seem to be what he agrees with by what he states or his inflection when he says the term.

Great video. Chuck makes more sense in those five minutes than all 535 congressmen & senators stealing from us.

I just sent out two e-mails. One to my liberal friends that might support an "assault rifle" ban, and those who would not.

It is very important to send it out to those who thing the ban is a good idea, as Chuck was very good in his comparisons to other amendments.
