11 YO girl shoots Cougar

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2568771/Girl-11-shoots-cougar-following-brother-14-home-making-THIRD-mountain-cat-killed-one-week.html

Quote:

The girl’s father, Thomas White, was home at the time, but Shelby was the only one in the family with a tag - a permit to legally kill a cougar.
‘He said, “Shelby, grab that gun and go shoot that cat,”’ White said, adding that the 11-year-old ‘wasn’t scared a bit’ as she pulled the trigger.

‘She was excited to get to do that,’ Mr White recalled.

Luckily for the older brother, the boy didn’t realize he was in danger until the cougar lurking nearby was dead at the hands of his sister.
Interesting story, I thought. The level of ignorance exhibited by some of the comments is truly epic, however.

They couldn't just give the lady a fake phone number or something? Some people get soooo uptight about the middle-ager chicks chasing the younger men.

The comments are always full of ignorant people. The same ignorant people who are allowed to vote. When it comes to gun control liberals always use the argument, "If it saves just one child it is worth it." But when someone uses a gun to save a child they are lambasted?
