Default Silicone oil in pellet gun piston, HELP!!!

Recently I heard that you shouldn't use silicone oil in pellet guns with metal pistons, I have been using it in my guns piston for a while now, what do I do?

use ballistol. it neutralizes, cleans and protects.

use pel gun oil
'Steel cuts flesh / steel cuts bone / steel does not cut steel.'

Become steel or get cut.
