Default Flooded Basement + 10 Year Old Grunge

This was a Mark II Target model I restored for my pastor as a gift.

By far one of the worst I have ever worked on as far as this category goes. Luckily pitting was a minimum, so it was mostly time consuming deep surface cleaning.

Was recovered from a flooded basement and per his words, "Probably has not been cleaned in 10 years." Now, those that own Ruger Mark II's know the horror stories about putting them back together. Well to do this right I had to strip it down to the frame.

I thought it turned out pretty good:
