Contact Cleaner?

Anyone ever use contact cleaner on your guns? Ones that don't harm plastic? If so, which brand?

That is great advice and thank you. Have you ever heard of gun scrubber? Someone told me that is as close as you will get to contact cleaner and it works

Gun Scrubber is good stuff..Lust remember to wipe everything down with a oil cloth (Break Free or RemOil or???)afterwards.

To add...If you want a good cleaning mix use a 50/50 mix of Kroil/Shooters Choice bore cleaner

I have had good luck with any brand of non Clorinated Brake cleaner. It is the same stuff that other gun Scrubbers etc.? Are made of just under a different Mfg. label. For way less $$$$$
