Obviously there is a slight gas leak coming from the tolerances of the Gas Tube and the Front Sight Assembly as you are aware. However, if it is very light and the weapon is functioning properly "I would not be concerned with it." A lot of ARs do this. If you want to totally stop it if you should think you need to do so. Check the diameter of a few gas tubes and find one that is on the larger tolerance. Or you can remove what looks like in the picture (?) the standard front sight assembly. And get another aftermarket unit that has better tolerances. But as I stated if the weapon is working properly "Do not worry about it!"
