I ordered a bunch of Magpul gear and had an issue (nothing wrong with their products). I just emailed them at 5:12 pm. At 5:16 pm I had a response from customer service asking for my address so they can send me the stuff I need, free of charge.
Most impressed with them at this point. Just wanted to acknowledge a solid company on this forum. Give them your business if you can.

you ordered from Magpul direct or another distributor that carries Magpul?

I ordered Magpul from another distributor, but Magpul took care of it anyway.
