Default Franklin Armory?

I would like to know if anyone has any input on Franklin Armory. I am looking to buy a lower and this company is located near me here in CA but other than that I have no knowledge of them.

It just does not seem right to use California an AR in the same sentence or paragraph for that matter.

LMAO

Here is a review I found over one of their products. It did have accuracy problems, but it looked like it was due to it's special (cross between a SBR and a pistol) design. Reliability was great.

Thanks for the link. I would be getting a lower for an AR build. The fact that Franklin Armory is located just 30 minutes away makes it enticing.

No problem. I'm still really new to ARs, but it looks like they make a quality gun. That gun in the review is really odd though.

I'm seeing a lot of those guns in the stores around here. While I personally wouldn't want one I understand the reasoning behind building them which is to skirt the law. Its the old "Improvise, adapt and overcome" tactics. I'm all for that, but I can't afford to indulge in it myself, especially for a gun that doesn't shoot very well.

I am looking for a stripped lower with the LPK as I have pretty much all of the rest of the parts I need. http://www.franklinarmory.com/PRODUCTS_Stripped-Lower.html

Another interesting and new product that Franklin Armory is making is this one (introduced at the 2012 SHOT Show) http://www.franklinarmory.com/PRODUCTS_CSW.html

This CSW is another "IAO" (Improvise, adapt and overcome) product. I hope they are successful in their efforts.
