Default Anyone have trouble with Copes?

I wanted to go ahead and post this so I'm not the only one that sees this, if something changes again.

I can still prove that they had the item listed without using the word compact by looking at the URL. If you follow the URL it redirects to one that includes the word compact. It is updated to include "compact" in the description.

I'm not sure what they are trying to pull as I am willing to pay the difference and shipping. Would someone else verify that the URL listed not using the word "compact" gets redirected to a URL that has the word "compact" included.

Thanks

e-mail added so it's first on the bottom.

I see that you have updated your website to show that these magazines are for the cz compact, so that means you have read my e-mail. I have yet to receive a reply. I have $60 worth of magazines I can't use, through no fault of my own. I would like to exchange them for magazines I can use and am willing to pay the difference and shipping.

I'll I need is direction on how to make the transaction.

Reguards
Carl

This has to be one of the craziest orders I have placed online.
I ordered 3 mec-gar CZ75 9mm 14rd Blue - D2L7-AB11SR magazines from your company order # ?????
I received 3 mec-gar magazines for a CZ-SP01 in .40 cal.
I contacted your company and this was corrected, but I still have the wrong magazines for my pistol.
Some of this may be my fault, in my research on the CZ-75 (Standard Size) there were several different magazines available 14, 16, and 18 round capacities.
I ordered the magazines on the assumption that they were for a Standard Sized CZ-75. The description on your website doesn't mention the magazines being for a CZ-75 COMPACT.
http://www.copesdistributing.net/cz75-14rd-blue-p-1411.html

The magazines are too short for proper operation in my pistol. I would like to exchange them with the correct ones [D2L7-A1A5SR] and pay the difference. If need be I will cover shipping.

I see a URL that has no "compact" in it and get re-directed to a listing and the URL change's to one with "compact" in it.

I see the same.

But I would like to add that I have dealt with Cope's in the past. And they have been very pleasant to deal with. I am sure that they will get you taken care of.

x2 I ordered my Mosin Nagant 91/30 from them. Not one ounce of trouble and they were very pleasant.

The "call tag" comment seems to indicate they are sending you a prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping label to return the mags to them.

the call tag was from the previous switch.

They did contact me today and everything is working out.

I just got a little worried that so many days had gone by without any contact.

I had only heard good things about Copes. I have to agree. They are decent people to do business with. They just worried me there for a bit.

I just received the latest shipment from Copes.

I received 1 mec gar SIG P226 .40 S&W 13 round mag and 2 mec gar SIG P226 .40 S&W 15 round mags.

I think a monkey was let loose in their stock room!

I sent all 6 mags back today (the cz75 compact ones as well)

4th times the charm, I hope.

It's all worked out now, they even threw in an extra mag for all the troubles!

What happened was someone sorted the wrong magazines into the bins. First order came from a bad bin, was fixed. When we swapped to another magazine, that one had missorted mags in it as well.

Alls well that ends well
Carl
