Congrats on your new weapon! Treat her right and she'll take care of you! For help in suggesting a holster for you, it would help to know which material you prefer. Like leather or kydex, how you carry and everything else. Good luck and Keep your Powder Dry.

Right now I have a leather owb holster from blackhawk most of the time I'm gonna carry owb but I'd like to find a nice soft iwb holster. By one buddy says leather will wear the finish off my slide over time? So I'm open for any suggestions

I carry mine in a Fobus. I bought it because it was the only thing I could find locally but it has kinda grew on me. By the adjustable kinda of you decide to get one, the non adjustable types are crap.

Congrats. I really enjoy shooting and carrying my 40c. My holster is a Santis duty. I added an Apex trigger and Trijicon night sights. It is a very reliable weapon.

Great choice! I went with the CompTac IWB appedix carry and it's an awesome holster. I also picked up the Tru-Glo TFO (Tritium/Fiber Optic) and they are incredibly bright day or night. here is mine.
