No. Open carry must be in plain sight. You can not be trying to hide it in any way. Printing means you can see it the weapon and or out line through the clothing. So you wouldn't be concealed well. If you have a pistol in your waste band and a shirt covering it even tho it prints badly it is considered conceal and you must have a permit.

Thanks. That's a Tyler T-Grip. It just builds up the grip to make it more comfortable. Those things have been around for years.
