It's hard to load my M&Pc 357 Sig Magazines?

Man, I love this new pistol but loading the Mag is a Drag !!!
I swear, it took me all of 15 minutes, fighting each Round to get them in and have a full Mag.

I've owned four other brands of semi-auto pistols, but never experienced anything like this.
Is it because of the Necked-down cartridge case?
The Magazine Spring seems stronger than other calibers that I have but I don't think that is the problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rich

Load the magazine and let it sit for a while. That has always made my mags easier to load

Had the same issue with my 45. Just keep at it. After you do it a few times. It will be just like any other mag.

I have the compact. More than happy with mine and my mags were tough too, just keep shooting, they will loosen up.

Get an uplula speed loader and loading will become a non issue

I had the same issues with my Sig P239 mags. It became a PITA to get all 8 rounds in.

The Maglula UpLULA Universal Pistol Magazine Loader looks like the fix I need.
At the MidwayUSA site, it has a 5 Star Rating with 262 Reviews.
It says the loader won't work with Mags that have less than 8mm between the Feed Lips.
I just measured my M&P Mags and the Lips are spaced at 10mm.
As soon as my budget allows, that will be my next acquisition.
That, and the Ammo to load and shoot.

Mine was purchased New and there was definitely no Loader in the Case.

BTW, I fired 11 Rounds on T-day.
My Target was an NRA Official 50' Slow Fire Pistol Target.
I shot from 21' and I didn't shoot slow by any means.
Of the 11 shots, I hit one in the 10, one in the 8, four in the 7 and the rest in the 5 ring.
The grouping was at 4-5 o'clock from the Bull.
For not shooting a Semi-Auto in 20 years I was real happy.
I'll need to work on my Strong-hand Grip.
But Man... this 357 Sig sounds like a High-powered Rifle.
I read the it was loud but I was very surprised at just how loud it is.
